Refund policy

At Atharya Couture, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns for U.S. and international orders within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Be in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Be returned in their original packaging.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchange

You may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must meet the eligibility conditions outlined in our return policy.

Exchange are subject to availability. Please contact us using the contact details in this policy before sending your item back. We'll confirm availability and provide instructions for completing your exchange.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

U.S. Orders: We offer free return shipping for eligible returns within the United States. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no additional cost.

International Orders: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

  • The item received is defective or damaged.
  • An incorrect item was sent due to our error.

In these cases, Atharya Couture will cover the return shipping costs.

International  Returns

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees. These charges may not be refundable by Atharya Couture, subject to applicable law. Customers should contact their local customs authority to inquire about possible refunds of duties or taxes paid.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.
